Service Errors: If there is an error in the services rendered, please notify us within 7 days. We will investigate the issue and may offer a correction or partial refund at our discretion.
Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for services once they have been rendered.

Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their consultations or services under the following conditions:
Consultation Appointments: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Ongoing Services: Clients can cancel ongoing consultation services at any time but must provide a 30 day written notice. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle after the 30 days have expired, and no further charges will be incurred after that.
